You may cancel any order within the first 5 hours of placing the order without any penalty and be eligible for a full refund. After this period, you may only be eligible for a percentage of the total order cost depending on what stage of order processing was the cancellation requested. No orders can be cancelled for a full refund after order has been shipped.
Any refunds requested after shipment and delivery to customer will only be honoured if the item(s) received are found to be defective and/or damaged upon arrival. In this case, the customer has 15 days to return such items. The shipping cost for the return has to be borne by the customer. GenPro may reimburse shipment cost in certain cases. This will be decided on a case to case basis.
